What is Aluminum PCB

Aluminum PCB is one of the most popular metal PCB. It is a metal-clad copper plate with good heat dissipation function. Generally a single sided Alu PCB consists of three layers structure, they are the circuit copper layer, dielectric layer and Aluminum base layer. For high-tech products use, they are designed as double layers with a structure of copper layer, dielectric layer, aluminum base, dielectric layer, and copper layer. Very few applications are multi-layered, which can be made from ordinary multi-layers laminated with an insulating layer, aluminum base.
